- Building was vacant for several years, roof looked very neglected. Aero Aggerates bought the building to set up a new aggregate manufacturing company and wanted the roof to look nice.

- We pressure washed the entire roof, applied Encase, a rust stopping primer
- Caulked all fasteners
- Installed Rapid Roof HV over the entire roof
